The first day started off with much excitement, as all the girls finally had the chance to meet each other during the orientation. Everyone was reminded why we were there...for a great cause, not just a beauty pageant. To learn more about the Queen of Hope Pageant, click on the ink to the right.
I quickly learned that the room was filled with one AMAZING group of ladies; and I knew that I was in for a very wonderful week!!!
After the orientation is was time for the first of many exciting events planned for the week. All of the ladies headed to Hooters, sadly I did not attend; I went to dinner with my brother who was shipping out for basic training the next morning.
